hangs mouse and trackpad

I’ve had an imac for many years. I’ve never had a problem with my mouse or trackpad until I installed this and played it. The screen would jump to the left, and both pointing/moving devices hung up. It happened in other applications as well if I had played this. I de-installed this app and all was well again.
