ERROR: in matching tiles

I have had a problem with the app not recognizing no matching tiles. Several times I have lost because the app thinks there is a match on the screen. The last time this happened I had someone else look over the screen. It was large tiles with no hidden tiles. King of hard to get into a game that does not perform as should be.
